Anyone else treating CTCL with aldara/imiquimod?

Im currently going through my second round of aldara topical treatment for my CTCL and my primary flares are in the underarms, side breast, and upper thighs. Im having a very difficult time especially with the underarm areas as the medication is causing the skin to burn and become raw. With the summer heat and constant rubbing from arms moving I am having a very hard time healing the area and they are developing open, weeping wounds. Has anyone else experienced this and how were you able to effectively treat and manage the area to prevent worsening of the wounds or infection? Is there a specific type of bandage that would cover that area and wouldn’t prevent ROM in the arms? Ive attempted a version on placing gauze underneath and trying to wrap shoulders with an ace bandage to hold it in place but that hasn’t been effective. Any suggestions or experience would be appreciated.
