Anyone else develop AIDP or CIDP as a post covid complication?

I developed AIDP, which is now CIDP as a post covid complication. It is a horrible peripheral neuropathy that is progressing. I choose to not take Lyrica or Gabapentin because of possible dementia complication. Has anyone found anything to help the horrible pain from this ?
