Anyone diagnosed with intraductal oncocytic papillary neoplasm (IOPN)?

Hello everyone, has anyone here been diagnosed with an intraductal oncocytic papillary neoplasm (IOPN)? They are also called IPMNs of the oncocytic variety. I know of people that have regular IPMNs, but has anyone been diagnosed with an IOPN? Thank you so much!

I was diagnosed with an IOPN cyst in Feb 2025 and had it fully removed in March 2025. They found a small amount of cancer cells in it classified as colloid. Negative margins and no spread to lymph nodes. Wrapping up my third cycle of post-op chemo recommended as a precaution against what may have "flaked off" and might not be seen on a scan. Interested to hear about your experience.
