Anyone dealing with SFN and autoinmune hypothyroidism or Hashimoto?

I have been suffering this pins and neddles and burning sensation since 2020, and it'# getting worse as I age, I feel It all over my body now. I take Lyrica 150 mg and amitryptline 25 before I go to bed. I dont rest ..I have some autonomic issues aldo going on.
There was one neurologist who told me that if they could prove the relation between this two conditions sfn and autoinmune hypo , there might be a chance for a cure, But I have not found anything on this subjet yet

Hello @gregoria, I'm sorry to hear that you haven't found much relief and the symptoms seem to be getting worse. There does seem to be a connection with small fiber neuropathy, autoimmune hypothyroidism and Hashimoto's. Here are a few references I found on your question.

I’m so sorry you’re going through this! I also have been diagnosed with SFN, Hypothyroidism and Hashimoto’s.
I’ve been dealing with burning throughout my head, burning mouth, throat, and pretty much my entire body! It has progressed in the last 3 years. I was also diagnosed with Systemic Sclerosis at the beginning of this year. I am currently on immunosuppressants, Duloxetine and amitriptyline but nothing has helped.
