Anyone dealing with Diabetic Axonal Sensory Polyneuropathy.?

I was recently diagnosed with Diabetic Axonal Sensory Polyneuropathy after spinal cord surgery. Anyone have tios or things that help manage the pain severity?

Welcome @sjr1981, Sorry to hear that you have severe pain with your neuropathy. I'm assuming you are asking if anyone has any tips or treatments that help manage the pain severity.
