Anyone dealing wih clicking , popping and pain after knee replacement?

Ive read through a ton of discussions and I haven't read any mention of it. I am going on my 2nd year after TKR and its never felt great, and ofcourse you kind of just get used to the discomfort-because the dr says "it all looks fine". They say give it a year to fully heal, but that is not happening for me.

I am 16 months out and my Dr. says all looks well. I finally gave in and did a genicular nerve block to prove it is not a nerve issue, I went to vascular and my veins are all good so I went and saw another person in the same group for a second opinion and he sent me for a bone scan. It shows a photogenic defect from a right total knee replacement and a mild surrounding radio tracer uptake is an expected post-operative finding. It also showed moderate degenerative radioactive tracers around the left knee and it's not really bone on bone but doesn't give me the issues that this right one does. However I have a pulling from below my knee to the top of the knee and what feels like a baker's cyst behind. I also still have the clicking once in a while as well and it never really goes away. I'm waiting to see the Dr. next week to talk about the results. I can't take nsaids either and Tylenol doesn't really help. Heat does but I can't walk around with heat on my leg all day as I'm really active. I hope you are able to find some answers and can get a second opinion. A year didn't happen for me as well and I've done PT 4 times but others have amazing outcomes. Definitely get a second opinion.

I’m 20 months post op LTKR. Clicking and clunking all the time. Occasional pain. Good ROM. Doc says it’s the appliance parts rubbing together as I move my knee. Says don’t worry. This is the result for some patients. Very annoying.

Had both knees done in 2019 and I have some clicking and popping out of joint with the first surgery. However no pain so I can live with that.
