Ha.” Mental roll on”. Let’s develop that!

Btw, I used large prescription 5% lidocaine patches one time only. Broke out in a rash and swelled up.

I should have read the label before using but you know how hope can throw caution to the wind.

They contain preservatives and parabens, both of which I’m sensitive to. Perhaps Salonpas does also.

when I have muscle pain or cramps in my calves. I take Magnesium and sometimes also potassium. It stops mine

I'm taking the generic for cymbalta daily, originally it helped with cramps at night but my cramps are worse when I get more active during the day using my legs. I'm convinced that it's a combination of neuropathy and peripheral artery disease and I use a 300mg CBD balm that also includes menthol and works well

I have heard the use of menthol can relieve some pain, I use Vicks vapor rub for the pain, as well as flexor. I have peripheral neuropathy as a side effect of my chemo and radiation treatment for my multiple myeloma.

Do you mean charley horse pain? I ask because I would get charley horse pain in calves starting when I was in my late 40's and low on progesterone (am female), Progesterone cream helped to stop pain.
