Any taking progesterone supplements or creams after menopause?

I take 200mg of progesterone nightly at bed time. It is very effective in aiding in sleep great dreams 😉 and in combination with estrogen…I have an amazing day libido again

So are you taking a HRT? I was looking at progesterone cream not a pill and no estrogen. Are you post menopause?

I’m 52 and yes I am post menopausal. I take 200mg prometrium daily at bedtime. I am also fortunate that my endocrinologist allows me to take injectable estrogen. I use vaginal estradiol at bedtime. I don’t like how messy it is and am looking for advice and opinions on how effective the estring is.

I didn’t know an endocrinologist could help with menopause concerns. I think progesterone helps with thyroid issues. I also don’t know with prometruim is - is that a pill form of progesterone? Never heard of estring either. Or injecting estrogen.This is all new to me. Interesting !

I didn’t know an endocrinologist could help with menopause concerns. I think progesterone helps with thyroid issues. I also don’t know with prometruim is - is that a pill form of progesterone? Never heard of estring either. Or injecting estrogen.This is all new to me. Interesting !
