Hello @timmy2098, There's quite a few members who have mentioned Walkasins but I haven't heard of Accelerator unless it's what Mike @domiha is asking about in his discussion last year:
-- Anyone tried Accelera SR 100 device? Or Walkasins?

Here is the other discussion about Walkasins made by RxFunction (https://rxfunction.com/) :
-- Peripheral sensory neuropathy - Anyone tried Walkasins?

My PN pain is in all areas in my feet and ankles so I would not even be able to wear these walkasins because I cannot have any device strapped to my ankle, even if my foot doctor raises my foot for examination the pain is a #9. Plus I do receive a pair of shoes each year due to PN that Medicare pays for due to my diabetes,
Sorry this probably was not as helpful, but keep searching and researching,
