Any have intravesical therapy?

I’m looking into intravesical therapy, for my bladder inflammation. Nothing else has worked. Estrogen cream, Cephalexin, Mirabegron, Physical Therapy.

Isn't that therapy just for cancer cells? Will they do it if you have inflammation and no cancer because I am interested. Thanks.
