Any advice for CRPS?
I just received this diagnosis after seeing numerous doctors for one and a half years after a failed back surgery. I am wondering if anyone has found a remedy or solution or anything that could be helpful for the pain and or the psychological impact. Thank you.

@maggieaz yes.
@rivermaya34 You, too! The diet took about 4 years for me. It was difficult to kick both caffeine and sugar. I was drinking 8 cups of tea a day with sugar.

Hope you find the right doctors who will be able to help you. In the meantime, you might want to read this book: "The Way Out: A Revolutionary, Scientifically Proven Approach to Healing Chronic Pain," by Alan Gordon with Alon Ziv.

1 Reaction@grannyzoo Wowie!! I'm impressed! I must stay dehydrated lol, because the only times when I've reached (and surpassed) 8 oz x 8 / day is when I've been in the Caribbean. Otherwise, I don't do very well with taking in enough liquids. But, thanks for the well wishes - glad to know it can be done!
@georgescraftjr thank you for sharing this book title. Anything a person can do to stop CRPS pain is appreciated!
