Antiphospholipid Syndrome Alliance Observational Study

Does anyone know if the Antiphospholipid Syndrome Alliance for Clinical Trials and International Networking (APS ACTION) observational study is being conducted?
I noticed this study on the Mayo Clinic website (https://www.mayo.edu/research/clinical-trials/cls-20529590). The webpage says that the study is open; I emailed the contact person two months ago, but have not heard from them.

[p.s. I realize this is an "observational" study in which data will be gathered, rather than an experimental study in which new treatments might be conducted, but I still would like to participate if possible.]
