Antibiotics for UTIs and Electrolye Imbalances

Hi, I am currently living without a catheter (two years) since my laser HoLEP prostatectomy surgery for Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (Enlarged Prostate) primary cause of water in the kidneys Hydronephrosis. This kicked me down to teeter between stage 1 & 2 CKD.

Both before surgery, during and after surgery (prophylaxis), I had been on a regimen of both oral and I.V. Aumentin / Clav antibiotics.
Almost three weeks after surgery, no antibiotics in the last two weeks, yet some lingering effects, post exertion fatigue, weakness, insomnia and cloudy urine (expected after HoLEP and dehydration electrolyte imbalance. This has not been confirmed in my case.
Nevertheless, it occurred to me to paste the link here, in case anyone has been experiencing some "unexplained" issues with regards to antibiotic treatments.
