Angiokeratoma lesions/bumps

Does anyone have any advice or personal experience on removing angiokeratoma bumps. I have had them removed once by my doctor in the past. She cut several of the larger ones off, but because of the excessive amount of bleeding, hasn't wanted to do another procedure. I really hate how they look and would love to get rid of at least those that are larger.
