Anger/Irritability & moderate anxiety on Auvelity
Hi, has anyone anger/irritability and anxiety went up more while taking or started on Auvelity? I started it probably about 6 months ago and I thought it was just me... the more I researched into it... the more it started to get me thinking it might just be this medicine. So, I wanted to insight from others who has taken or taking it now. Plus, I can't focus or concentrate. My motivation to do anything and energy levels are gone. I'm always tired and the list goes on...

I've tried telling my Dr and nurse this several times but they don't listen.. They're the types that like pushing meds and don't like to listen. I believe it's time to find a new Dr I believe. Thank you!
As other members posted, it is time to find another doctor who will listen. Many times the side effects of these medications. If you're taking other medications, check to see if it is okay to take. I'm on medications for hypertension, a pharmacist can check if any problems to occur. Usually a pharmacist will get in touch with a physician if any reactions will occur.

2 ReactionsTry a functional medicine Dr. They are pricey but well worth the extra money. It might help you in other areas with your body/mind. Sometimes insurance might cover some of the labs and other times they don't. They will do extensive testing on you to make sure you aren't deficient in any minerals or vitamins, etc... They could recommend a natural supplement for anxiety for you.
