Androgenic Alopecia what to look forward?

Posted by lidiana @lidiana, Nov 19, 2022

Hello 👋🏻

Genetically I have the genes for this condition. I have a lot of hair but I do notice now I’m shedding more than usual.

How had been your experience with this? Is there anything comorbid or that promptef it in your case? What has helped you with this?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated 🙏🏻

Crazy... i had no side effects until 2 months ago... very depressed... i went to my derm and he prescribed minoxodil tabs low dose and a shampoo. i couldn't take the pills . heart fast flutter.

Some treatments are not available if there is pregnancy potential. Can’t go wrong with topical minoxidil, saw palmetto and folic acid to start. Thyroid levels and iron
stores always important. Hormonal therapy is next in line. Get advice from your dermatologist about hair grooming and shampoo etc.
