Alterantive Natural aromatase Inhibitors

I would appreciate any specific protocols some of you might be invested in using natural supplements, etc replacing synthetic AI's. I was on either Arimidex or Exemestane for 18 mos and can no longer tolerate. I've lost 15% bon mass in that time frame in my hips and lower spine. I have arthritis in my hands now where there was none, critical short term memory, mood disturbances, anxiety & depression.
I would appreciate any information. I'm currently taking fistsful of natural supplements but really don't know what I'm doing. Have an appt scheduled with an MD/Naturopath but its not for several weeks yet. Thanks for your help in advance!

Im actually HR positive and HER2 negative. I had breast cancer 1999 and have gone every year to have tumour markers done, in good faith. Only to have found out that here in Ireland they didn’t do CA15/3 as there is a percentage of false negatives. I only found that out because I was diagnosed with stage 4, bones, lung liver. 8 months of Palbociclib and Letzetrol and then it turns out it didn’t work on the liver. A pity as lung is clear and bones stable. So now on Xeloda but like I said, it nearly killed me.

@resina I hope the Xeloda works and is tolerable! (My oncologist doesn't do blood markers at all.)

It can be done, you can supress the estrogen naturally as I found out after deciding to stop Anastrazole. There are really good resources online and in naturopathic books such as Dr Satnam Kaur- Complete Natural Medicine Guide and Care for Breast Cancer. Also maintaining a healthy weight, regular exercise, and meditation is very important!!!
