After TKR, does anyone experience some fluid retention on outside of k

I am 7 1/2 months post op, my knee gets tight throughout the day. It feels like fluid builds up on outside of knee.
I am still exercising and stretching my knee eveyday. I do work 10 - 12 hours a day, 5 - 7 days a week. I work on a farm and it's harvest time.

I had 2 total knee replacement and a spacer replace and had fluid build up on the side of knee by the end of the day my knee has swelled up and could hardly walk the pain from knee down and up to the hip. I had it drained twice and injection but nothing helped for 3 years I have been in pain, if finally seen a surgeon that said it is the I T band is to tight and it bèds to be released. I am having surgery in a month to gave thus done. He said that the I T band is rubbing against the replacement and it is causing the fluid build up in the knee.

I had tkr 15 months ago followed by mua 10 weeks later and many months of pt to try to increase range of motion, I’m now between 115 and 125 depending on how ‘warm’ my knee is but I’ve had fluid on top of and on lateral side and behind the knee the whole time. It stays the same, and mri showed ‘small edema on suprapettaler’ part of knee joint but dr cannot tell me what the fluid is. Two blood tests ruled out infection.
I’m now having lymphatic massage but therapist is not sure it’s lymphatic fluid. It could be synovial fluid although the mri did not show synovitis. Thankfully pain is usually not a problem except when I go downstairs or do s’normal’ squats. Also have some scar tissue. Very frustrating and it seems I may have to live with it. I wear a prescription compression sleeve alll day to help me walk.
