acquiring 9% or 10% saline for sputum samples
Has anyone been able to acquire 9% or 10% saline to nebulize at home? If so, which pharmacy did your doctor send the prescription to? Both CVS and Walgreen's have been unable to order it.

I tried and was unsuccessful so gave up. Continuing with 7% which works quite well.
@six5532one Check with your pulmonologist - if they have access to a respiratory therapist, they should be able to provide a few vials. Or check with a hospital that has a pulmonary/cardiac rehab department - their pharmacy should have it. It usually comes in larger (10 ml) vials.
