Acid Reflux and adjustable beds

Does anyone have a suggestion for an adjustable bed that will incline from foot to head?
Due to severe osteoarthritis, my back had to be straight. I had adjustable bed during 2 sleep studies and the pain was unbearable. I had to call for help
I have also tried a wedge pillow but that also causes back pain

I have the head of my bookcase head board bed on blocks now about 5 or 6 inches that is not enough...
Any recommendations that the foot or knee area is NOT elevated wiknthe head of the bed is appreciated

I bought this mattress elevator and it has worked great. I have it between the mattress and box spring

. I have tried a wedge pillow under the mattress but that did not give the complete gradual incline
