Abdominal/Pelvic Pain after hysterectomy

I had a hysterectomy in June of 2025, everything but the ovaries. Ever since the surgery, I've had constipation, abdominal\pelvic pain/lower back pain after a BM that sometimes lasts for days. I also have urethra burning with no infection. I've been back to my gyno who did an ultrasound and saw nothing concerning. Been to the gastro dr who did a CT with contrast and found nothing concerning. I am in Pelvic Floor therapy, but not sure if its helping. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm at a loss. I'm beginning to feel as if I'm never going to feel normal again. I was forced to get the hysterectomy due to a botched uterine ablation that scarred my cervix shut leading to infection and sepsis.
