It can take two or three years for your PSA to drop to undetectable because after radiation not all the cells die off at the same rate, some take much longer to die and therefore produce PSA, even though you’re on ADT.

Give yourself some time. Wait, three months and see what’s happening. At that point, your PSA should start dropping some more. It will probably drop next month, but give it time.

You probably know that seminal vesicle involvement means that your cancer is higher risk. Because of the seminal vesicle issue you should consider getting a decipher test, which will tell you the likelihood of a reoccurrence.

Unsure if I am in the right category but has any clinics including Mayo done any studies on a product called Prosta Genic ?
They have huge claims about reducing a person's Prostate.

I started ADT (Orgovyx) on March 26, SBRT April 9-21, 2025. PSA 0.36 July 7. I expect to hit my nadir in my October PSA, after which my radiation oncologist said I can stop my ADT and we will monitor how my PSA goes up and down on the succeeding tests.
I hope my nadir will be undetectable, but even if it doesn't hit < 0.1 or undetectable, I believe the next step is to consider resuming Orgovyx), if my PSA rises 2 points above "nadir."

I’m guessing that somewhere in the mayo connect forum this question has been asked. Even if it has been asked before I think it might be good to ask it again: can someone explain PSA like it’s in one of those “ dummies “ books. This would be PSA for dummies.
The answer might include who/when was it discovered, and when was it determined that it indicates???? Enlarged Prostate? Prostate Cancer? And if I recall correctly PSA may not be the be all end all for detecting ???? What or anything?
I’ve also mentioned that I heard having an orgasm is GOOD for enlarged prostate but it likely raises the PSA and sometimes I’ve been told to not have an orgasm for at least a week before the PSA test. This VA or group tells me little about my condition. So each time they tested me was after a week or more of “ you’re too old to be having that much sex. I’ve been very fortunate to have younger women interested in me. I figure if the desire is there and a partner is available then I look up towards the sky and say THANK YOU GOD FOR THIS GIFT! But it raised my PSA QUICKLY AND FAST! Another benefit that I seemed to notice was how have an orgasm helped my urination pattern.
I’m not sure now if I can even have sex which is crushing my EGO and I’m making excuses not to see my GF.
