Anyone familiar with Silktoe metatarsophalangeal joint replacement?

3 years ago my foot surgeon operated on my foot to address hallux rigidus. Then in January of 2025, after 8 months of swelling and pain, installed a partial joint. That was just as bad as the first surgery. After a lot of research, I came across the Silktoe replacement joint, it has a silicone bushing in the middle acting as the original ball and socket. I’ve seen a ton of good reviews and it’s only had a 4% revision surgery rate.

Anyone familiar with the Silktoe replacement joint?
