8yrs after surgery and throbbing pain

Good day all, about 8yrs ago I had to have a mengionoma removed. I had no symptoms besides when I laid down at night my head would hurt really bad for about 30 secs. When I got imaging done I found out my tumor had hemorrhage. Surgery went great all post op appts and imaging looked good. I would occasionally have a sharp pain but nothing else. Over the last 2 weeks I notice the occasional throb/pulsation at the site. I would say pain about a 3. It doesn't last but a few seconds. However it has been occurring everyday now. I have a doctor appt next week. Anyone else go so long post surgery and then start having this?
