I have found them on eBay when I couldn't get them in TX - contacted seller to determine their source, whether box was sealed, and expiration date. There are also a couple of vendors on line, if your Google.

I only pay $18 for 90. Medicare pays the rest. This is with a prescription. UNC pharmacy delivers to my door, free delivery.
