3 Knee Surgeries- 0 relief. Please help

I’m 46 years old. My first knee replacement was Nov 2023. Lots of PT. I had an MUA and scope to remove scar tissue in Feb 2024. More PT. In Nov of 2024 I had the revision. That’s right, more PT. The bend is worse; the pain is constant and even the pain specialist told me they can’t help me after a failed lumbar block was tried. I’d love any and all ideas. I’m too old to walk this way, tripping constantly and having pain 24/7. They won’t give me any pain meds and say my xray looks fine so they don’t want to help. Please- has anyone had this issue and you were able to find relief?
