I'm originally from CSN so some here may recognize me.

Surgery on 7/11/2024. Just got my recent results back and PSA was undetectable (alway nerve wracking waiting for results)

Sex still isn't what it used to be. I get a semi erection, not quite firm enough for penetration. But my wife and I still enjoy intimacy.

I am thankful to not have cancer , so dealing with some ED is not a problem. Its a decent trade off.

You can get a good erection using bimix or Trimix Injections. Speak to urologist about this. They can really change one’s life.

Another choice is an Implant. You get an erection at the press of a button. 90% satisfaction from people that have done it.

@lesjanes you won't regret it. If Trimix is too strong, try Bimix. Either way, you should have full erections again. Good luck!
(Don't forget to order the auto-injector with the shots. It makes the process so much easier.)
