16YR female. Low blood pressure connected to vagus nerve dysfunction?

16F blood pressure at 75/27. has anyone else experienced? When to seek medical attention? I'm from the UK. Since i was 15 i suddenly developed health issues chronically in every part of my body, eyes, bones, digestion, gut, neurological state, psychological state and more. I know deep down it stemmed from years and years of stress and many of my symptoms would go when I was outside and alone - Such as extreme nausea that lasted all day, would disappear when I was alone outside away from people.

The symptoms were weird, I would wake up in the middle of the night gasping for air and felt on verge of vomiting, (tho never did) I was sweating and my chest would be tight Only went after I washed my face in cold water.

BLOOD test came back normal.

ONE YEAR LATER: After hard work and a year, I could start eating normally again and go back to a normal varied diet, most symtomes subsided.

But I was left with symptoms such as memory issues and worsened ADHD, slow or non intestinal movement, pelvic weakness and pain, vision issues, rush of blood to heart if I got up from floor,

waking up at the 3AM every night with severe derealization and weird sensations while having the same random thoughts every time, and daytime fatigue. And apparently slowly decreasing blood pressure.

I didn't know until I went to the doctor in may 2024 and she told me it's a bit low.

Blood tests may 2024 came back normal. B12, thyroid, and the rest

I tested my blood pressure in early October at home and it was 90/40 or 90/50 was average.

usuallyI kept checking and as time goes on now, it becomes lower and lower. Late October and most of November it was 75/35 and it stayed like that. Only symptom was extreme fatigue, usually slow executive function, along with slow intestinal movement.

II took a blood test and no blood was coming out and fainted for a minute. I have never gone unconscious before, and I've never had issues with blood tests, needles etc.

Now, in the last week, it's going from 75/35 and 60/25 (occasionally 55/35s) and averaging between that and occasionally maxing to 80/40. That's the most It ever goes. Diastolic rarely goes above 39.

Days before and after my period, it was little above 60/20 averaging. My cuff wasn't tight or too loose, but during this time, my hand would turn blue whenever i'd check my BP. Meaning even a small squeeze prevented blood flow.

I feel so tired and lethargic, It hurts to think or do any work mentally.
The back of my eyes hurt so bad sometimes.

My muscles and joints hurt, my head feel tight and has a squeeze occasionally, my chest feels uncomfortable and a bit tight and my heart gets these little painful twinges and squeezes that last a few miliiseconds. But my heart has been doing that since 2023, just more often these days.

Besides that, I'm completely fine, no dizziness, no severe chest pain or anything else. I'm just so extraordinarily tired.

Doctors send me back home, and say next appointment is in 3-4 months. so I went private and I have appointment with cardiologist in a month. What do I even do in this situation, it's definaly not an emergency?

I'm just worried my brain is losing oxygen slowly and I'll become mentally ill or a vegetable.

(whenever I go to the doctors it's still low but the idea of someone testing me makes my heart rush and it comes back higher than normal at doctors. I've shown pictures of my BP machine at home to them. Ive tested my BP machine on my family, and it came back normal for all their ages.)

First, can you buy a second cuff or even third to make sure these readings are correct?

Have you tried hydrating and eating something salty? Are you any meds that lower bp (you didn't mention any)?

Is this dysautonomia? A functional medicine doctor might be helpful (or integrative, but we have had more benefit from functional). As I remember sometimes low dose hydrocortisone is used. A functional medicine doctor can look at the whole picture rather than chasing each individual symptom.

Some eating disorders can cause some of your symptoms, including low bp. You mentioned eating better and I hope that continues.

My bp has always been lowish with systolic around 90 but I don't have any symptoms from it.
