I started Nattokinase 100 mg twice a day on an empty stomach and I also make Natto at home and I eat 1/3 cup daily to detox from covid. Natto has health promoting benefits for many health conditions. Nattokinase, the enzyme in Natto, has anticoagulant properties and is not recommended if you are on blood thinners. Be sure to check with your doctor before taking it.

I am going add a separate post about exercise. Be patient, and kind to yourself when exercising. Start slowly and at a low intensity with your NuStep machine and check your oxygen level with an oximeter. My Cardiologist and Pulmonologist have instructed me to keep my oxygen level over 90%, slow down if my oxygen level drops, focus on correct breathing, and put on oxygen if need to.

Stay positive and continue to slowly ease into exercise without feeling exhausted. Your heart, brain, lungs need a consistent flow of oxygen.

Congratulations on your efforts to make healthy lifestyle changes to feel better. In 2021 I was in bed on 2L of oxygen and now I am off oxygen at home during the day.

A doctor at USF Post Covid Recovery Clinic recommended that I take Nattokinase/serraptase combo supplement. I take 2 in the morning according to the directions on the bottle. I also take NAC, 2 capsules at the same time. I was diagnosed with Long Covid/Post Covid 19 in September 2022. I wake up with body aches in the morning. I feel relief within a half hour while I am making my breakfast and doing a few chores around the house. The USF doc added the Nattokinase combo for microclots, which can occur PostCovid. There is no good test for microclots, so she recommended taking the recommended dosage first thing in the morning before breakfast. I was already taking NAC, which was recommended by the functional/ integrative doc I saw.
