I just want to forget 2023. It was not a good year.

I was just reading that Ubiquinol is made in Japan. I guess that is why so expensive. I did find not so expensive ones at Life Extension. I also read that make sure it is Ubiquinol and not Ubiquinene (spell) which is the regular Co-Q-10.

I see some brands promoting quick absorb and claims like 3 times better absorption. Not sure of that claim but if same cost as regular co-q-10 will buy it.

That claim is in valid that it has 3X better absorption than ubiquinol. It's expensive because it is a difficult product to make. Kaneka is the company in Japan that makes ubiquinol under a registered trademark and a patented process. That is why you see it on most labels that use ubiquinol. Don't cheap yourself out on an advertisement.
