Can you tell more about your discomfort? Mine is centered right between my shoulder blades and feels tight and burning/tingling. I’m going to a physiatrist in a week to help me deal with the pain.

I have a burning sensation from the right side of my neck to the right shoulder blade off/on . Then I have lower back pain along with sciatica off /on . Yesterday started with mid back tightness and pain between shoulder blades .
