I have been using Carb Manager but this is primarily because I already had the app and was familiar with how to use it. To get what you need, i.e. the full details of all of the nutrients you have consumed for the day, you need to subscribe to the premium version which is $39.95/year.
With that, you do get very detailed information but it primarily has a "keto" focus which I am not concerned about. Others have mentioned cronometer.com which might be a good alternative - I did not try that and just went with what I was familiar with.
