Cilantro capsules did not work for me, but the fresh did. I saw small but noticeable improvement after 3 weeks, then at about 2 months I was 90% better. I had been so, so, so miserable that I was easy for me to ingest the fresh cilantro. I was willing to try anything as nothing my dermatologist had prescribed was helpful AT ALL. I’ve had my rash for a couple of years, but just got diagnosed a few months ago. That’s when I found these online groups and finally got some help and found relief. I didn’t have luck with any of the topical ointments my Dr. prescribed. Anyway, I’ve been drinking my cilantro smoothies for a couple of months now, and I’m about 90% better. If you are up for the adventure. I really think it’s worth trying. I bought a lot of organic cilantro, washed it then Froze it in sandwich bags with about 1 packed cup in each bag. Then each day, I take the frozen bag, put it in my nutribullet blender with about 1/2 cup water, and blend until it’s smooth and drink it fast. After about 3 weeks I noticed a dramatic improvement. I found out about cilantro in another Mayo group: https://connect.mayoclinic.org/comment/995024/?utm_source=connect.mayoclinic.org&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=digest&utm_content=summary_interest_discussion Back in 2019, a group of people on that chat tried the cilantro smoothies and about 40% had significant or total relief. FYI, I also started taking Chlorella tablets since a lot of people were taking those along with the cilantro. I bought NOW brand organic 500mg.
