Yes, ECO and CT seems to show different results for the size of Aorta. My CT showed 4.5cm where eco showed 4.2cm.
My cardiologist suggest that CT is the gold standard for this measurement.
Your seems low and may not even called aneurysm but more like dilated.

My cardiologist tells me that an Echocardiogram does not get a full view of any aortic aneurysm and a CT scan is more accurate.
