I have suffered this, exactly how tough describe it as part of the Long COVID I ended up with a few weeks after I recovered from it last November. I have several other symptoms, the worst being sleep disturbance and changes. I cannot sleep at all without medication and even so, I wake up after 3-4 hours and rarely can get back to sleep. I used to LOVE naps my whole life... Now I CANNOT sleep during the day... Not ever!! It's misery - but the internal vibrations are extremely aggravating and I always get them upon waking... From my head to my back basically... But it used to feel like everything.... Just how you described like the bed was shaking. In the beginning, it would spike my anxiety so high. Now that I know what it's caused from, I'm a little less nervous about it... Just annoyed. I have to sit up or shake my head to get it to stop. I have heard/read so many with the same symptoms... Which I feel bad everyone is suffering the same, but it helps to know you're not alone!! Know that you are not alone in this either. I'm happy to chat anytime, should you wish!

@goffeebean I have this when I crawl in bed and lay on my left side. My body shakes and am like what is going on. So strange. Drs. Look at me like a am crazy when I tell them..
