Yes I take Co-Q-10. My heart failure doctor and cardiologist recommended it to me because I take a statin which have been known to deplete co-q-10 and can make muscles ache. It also is touted to be an energy provider.

I take both Ubiquinol and Co-Q-10. Ubiquinol can be expensive so I take 100 mg of that and 300mg of high absorb Co-Q-10. I can tell the difference when I don't take it.
