I'm having the same problem, for a very long time, too... like 5 months. What could be causing me to have issues with the tongue sealing maneuver everyone talks about? Also, I've seen two people mention two holes at the top of the mouth. I don't understand what that is. I've tried wearing a chinstrap and my mouth still fills with air until I open my lips and blow it out. I tried a full face mask for the last month, but my daily headaches became even more debilitating from the strap at the base of my neck.

I hear you, I have tried a cpap on a couple of occasions and I have no idea how anyone gets used to that sensation of the air flooding down my throat. My current sleep doc (I've tried 4 lol) told me to try a sleep appliance and I am currently in process of having one made for me. He thinks and so does the sleep dentist that my tongue, which is a muscle, is relaxing at night and causing my issues. I don't even have issues most nights, just a couple times a week on average. If the appliance doesnt work I'm not doing anything, done with cpap etc. Best to you!
