This is going to sound crazy but I heard it from a therapist and it has worked for me with a leg cramps, cramps in my feet, etc. when I get a cramp at night or anytime actually,
I walk to my kitchen and I take 2 tablespoons of mustard. By the time I walk back to my bedroom the cramp(s) are gone and I go back to sleep. Give it a try it can’t hurt. By the way I do have neuropathy in my feet.

Welcome @gaylord78, I think someone else also mentioned using mustard for leg cramps and I've read about it but I haven't seen any studies done on the topic. If it works, it's something cheap to try and probably no ill side effects. My wife gets the leg cramps once in awhile at night when she hasn't drank enough water during the day. She uses the Hyland Leg Cramp pills and they normally go away within a few minutes.

I only have some numbness in my feet and legs with my neuropathy. What kind of symptoms do you have with your neuropathy?

You mean you actually take two tablespoons of mustard that you would put on a sandwich.

I haven't tried it myself but my sister has leg cramps and she swears by pickle juice. Apparently they even sell it in to go packs, I think for athletes. Can't give you an amount she just drinks some from the (dill pickle) jar and says it's almost instant relief.
