Yesterday I forwarded a Dr's letter to the Court Clerk's office seeking permanent exemption from Jury Duty & if there were any questions the Court Clerk's office could call him back. Here is the response from the Court Clerk's office:

We have submitted your medical request for approval. We will send you an updated email with your status. We ask that you do not re-submit your request, we will respond via email with a response. Please disregard any automated reminder emails or texts about your previous date, also please do not attend your service date.
