Where do they sell KTN powder? At this point, I'm almost willing to try hemlock if I thought it would work. So far, nothing helps. I have a new spine stimulator and we're working on adjustments. Fingers crossed. Does anyone else have continuing muscle spasms or enormous cramps in thighs and other areas?

Hi, @lmkinn, I have no info on KTN powder or another alternative ~ I just wanted to say that, yes, I have had, on occasion, enormous cramps in my thighs, and there is no word to describe that pain. It is absolutely debilitating and worse than any other leg or foot cramp that I have ever experienced. You are not alone on that one. I have found that drinking more water helps with almost every cramp, but it has to be consistent hydration, not just as a response to a particularly painful event.
I sure hope you have a great outcome with your spine stimulator. Will you keep us posted, please? Blessings!

I do and only thing that helps is to walk if I have been sitting down and to get up if in bed and walk. Always goes away. They are no fun.
