Happy New Year!

I started taking the medication. But before starting I completed a 5 day dry fast and 7 day water fast because I was having inflammation joint pain.

Lost 28 lbs and started the medication couple of days before Thanksgiving. It certainly helps me energy wise. Walking more and increasing my daily steps.

The thing is I don't eat much so the gastric bypass doctor prescribed it in hope to my increase metabolism.

I stopped taking them two weeks before Christmas because I had medical procedures done.

However, I am maintaining the weight loss most likely because I can't eat a-lot and not nibbling on the wrong foods.

I am glad you followed up with me today! I will start taking them.
