I think I have the same thing as you, all ECGs / test are fine, I’m being told the same thing heart is fine it’s just anxiety but it’s feels like something is wrong.
Old post not expecting a response but in case you see this, did this get better for you?

i also have a very similar experiences they say it gets better ive only had for 5 days since the cocaine and constantly feeling the circulation throughout my body and heart has been almost unbearable and extremely worrying which makes it worse (especially when trying to rest) ive been tested cardiologist and all that and only major thing was high blood pressure
wondering if any improvements for u?
