I went to Cognitive Behavior at the University of Arizona and it worked. Basically, you keep a journal on a spreadsheet they give you, put it into an algorithm and then offer suggestions to try. I do avoid going to bed until 2 or 3 hours have passed from eating. I also take an antacid since I believe that GERD awakens me. If I am "keyed up," I take a 5mg gummy (Indica; 1:1 THC/CBD). If you depend on a medicine, do not take more if you are awakened. Try a hot drink and some crackers, which help activate the medicine.

How I wish I had medical script for mar+ thc orally. It would help pain & sleep…I’d never smoke it.
