I am wondering why it is so difficult to find Saline Solution
After calling four different pharmacies in my area and checking with several drug stores, I was told to go to Amazon Prime to obtain the Saline Solution that my pulmonologist prescribed for me to try in my nebulizer. None of the pharmacists seemed to be able to explain why they don't stock it, yet I see that most BE patients, at least in this support group, use it. Just wondering. . . Thanks!

I also get mine from Amazon. It was cheaper than pharmacy
I just ordered 7% from Amazon on Weds. I received it on Thursday. I've ordered many times with the same next day delivery. Cost for 50 5ml vials- about $37.00. It is a good back up for when you cannot get it from cheaper sources. I also have used GoodRx and the price is much lower but you need a Rx from your dr. Amazon requires no Rx order. I was running out so I opted for Amazon this time because going with GoodRx takes time to receive the order. I hope this helps.

I always get mine from the UTHSC Tyler pharmacy. It includes 60 vials. My copay is $5.00. If I am not there on an appt, I order it sent by mail. Depending on the weight of the package, I can pay as little as $5.00 shipping. I realize that I am very fortunate to be able to get it at that price. I have ordered it from Amazon when in a pinch, and it was definitely more expensive. I guess it is easier to obtain from a hospital pharmacy.
