Has anyone been on Ozempic and Trintellix? I am having severe nausea

I have been on Ozempic for one year with no serious side effects. I went on Trintellix about 2 months ago because of severe grief from the loss of my son. I am getting very bad nausea since then and am not experiencing any relief from my grief. Can anyone tell me if they have experienced the same side effects?

I have been in Trintellix for 6 weeks and the nausea is brutal. In the morning before I even get out of bed and then like clock work around 5-6 pm when my Zofran has worn off. I most likely will stop taking this drug. I have actually had several vomiting episodes with it as well
