My doctor said I should go on Lunesta. I said, “Oh, I’ve tried that and it did nothing at all.” I’m a very light sleeper and have had bad insomnia for 25 years. He said, try a 3 mg dose and you will see. That was two years ago, and he was right. It’s a maximum dose and helps me sleep well. I very, very highly recommend it, to get off ambien or benzos.
