@imay How interesting that you posted this today. I just got my lab results back before my next Evenity injections that take place on Dec. 26. Like you, my ALK phosphotase went up. There are reasons other than liver enzymes why these would increase such as changes in the bone. I plan to ask my prescribing endocrinologist about this. Are you going to ask your doctor too?

Yes. I see my primary care doctor on the 3rd but I already sent a message through the portal to the PA who runs the bone clinic. She is the one who mentioned it. I have been reading up on it and it seems that ALK phosphatase can be a marker for bone building or breakdown. ALT is more specific to the liver, and that was normal, but AST can also reflect damage to the muscles, heart or liver. Mine was elevated too. Anyway, I think the reason they rechecked my liver enzymes after 2 months was because of a possible increase in ALK phosphatase, I just don't know what it means.
