Welcome, @janma. I wonder if when you sit cross-legged, you may be compressing the nerves and blood vessels in your legs, which can lead to numbness. Do you find that moving around afterwards, normal sensation returns? Have you tried sitting slightly elevated (on a block or rolled mat, in Sukhasana pose?

Thanks Colleen! I sit elevated by a low foam block, or a bolster, with my bent knees resting on blocks, which helps minimally. I definitely think it’s compressed nerves/blood vessels, as feeling returns after moving around upright. I just wondered if my loose hip joints had anything to do with it ☺️
