The incontinence may not be from the neuropathy. If you are an older female or male, it may just be an age thing. I have neuropathy and I am a 74 yo female. I began having some urinary incontinence a few years ago. My gynecologist explained to me that it is a normal thing for some people as they age. The sphincter muscles weaken and we begin to drip. What you are experiencing is exactly what I have. I try not to wait til my bladder is screaming and sometimes I still barely make it. There are lots of pads available. Just find what works best for you. Don't worry too much.
