Good evening @rog15 and welcome to Connect. This forum is rather up close and personal. And the reason that we share so readily is based on both a need to know and the trust that both members and volunteers have for each other,

Would you be able to share more about your neuropathy? It is essential if you want to attract others who have similar diagnoses and treatment experiences. As you may already know, there are 100+ forms of neuropathy. For many of us, the cause can be revealed through tests and evaluations by neurologists and other special medical professionals.

What do you already know about your neuropathic symptoms? Do you have pain, itching, numbness, or something else that interferes with your quality of life and dreams for the future?

For example, I have small fiber neuropathy and have had it for ten years. It was diagnosed through a skin biopsy and has been progressing much more quickly than I would have imagined. If possible it is good to know how you ended up with neuropathy. Folks with diabetes will have different neuropathy elements than those who have recently had cancer treatments.

In case you need to refresh your knowledge and understanding of your current neuropathic status, I would suggest you take the time to read and evaluate the information on these two links.
https://neuropathycommons.org/. Neuropathy Commons
https://www.foundationforpn.org/. Foundation for peripheral neuropathy.

How about letting me know what you find out and for what questions you are ready to find answers?
May you be free of suffering and the causes of suffering,
Chris

I have slight numbness in my lower half. It's like I touch my skin and it feels like I have a sock on. No pain as of yet
